For the safety of our patients and employees, we will continue to screen all visitors upon entry and require masks for everyone, including visitors, in all areas of the facility. After 8 p.m., all visitors must enter through the ER entrance. While we strongly encourage limiting visitors to one essential support person at a time, we will no longer restrict the number of visitors per patient, except for the following units:
- COVID-19 units will continue to maintain restricted visitation. One visitor per patient is allowed during 1-3 p.m. LTAC allows one visitor per patient during 1-3 p.m. and 8-9 p.m. Visitor will be required to wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the patient’s room.
- ER patients may have two visitors at a time.
- Non-COVID-19 intensive care units (ICUs) will allow two visitors per patient during visiting hours: 1-3 p.m. and 8-9 p.m.
- For Non-COVID-19 patients, LTAC allows two visitors per patient during visiting hours: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and 8-10 p.m.
Social distancing is encouraged while in waiting rooms and other common areas.
Phone and video calls to patients are welcome and encouraged. To call a patient room, please call 903-597-0351, and you must be able to provide the patient’s first and last name.
