"Communication is the cornerstone of a successful patient-physician relationship. I believe in involving my patients in their care by clearly discussing their diagnoses and treatment options. This collaborative approach ensures that we manage even the most challenging medical issues with treatments that align with their values. No matter how difficult the situation, I am unwavering in my advocacy, ensuring my patients feel supported and confident throughout their care," said Dr. Bindner.

"My journey into healthcare was driven by a love for science and a passion for teaching. As a specialist in orthopedic trauma and fracture care, I treat fractures involving the arms, legs or pelvis. My focus includes complex articular (joint) fractures, complex pelvic ring and acetabular injuries, fracture-related infections, nonunion (fractures that are not healing) and malunion (fractures that heal with deformity). These areas allow me to make a real and immediate impact on my patients' lives. By guiding them through their recovery process, I help them regain their quality of life after traumatic injuries."

When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Bindner enjoys weightlifting, playing guitar, cooking and hiking with his family.

Dr. Bindner is employed as a clinical faculty physician at The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
