HomeSight low-vision program
Despair, anxiety, frustration and isolation are all words that people use to describe life with low vision. The HomeSight program can help relieve these stressors. Developed by clinicians specifically for patients with poor vision, HomeSight facilitates a safe and friendly home environment, while decreasing the burden placed on family members and other caregivers.
HomeSight provides individualized plans for effective in-home treatment. It leverages a patient’s remaining vision by taking a multidisciplinary approach.
