Dr. Carney has been my cardiologist for around 17 years. I fired my last cardiologist for not being available when needed. When my wife started having heart problems, I called Dr. Carney and made scheduled an appointment for her myself. Tyler Texas has many cardiologists. I won’t change cardiologists until he calls it quits. He listens when you talk and is very thorough. I can’t imagine anyone being more knowledgeable.
