"Being a healthcare provider is a unique privilege to serve my community. I take pride in continuously expanding my knowledge to offer comprehensive, evidence-based care to my patients," Justin said.
"My healthcare career began in high school as a CNA, where I discovered a deep commitment to helping others in rural communities. In these areas, where healthcare providers are often sparse, I found great fulfillment in providing much-needed care. As a registered nurse, I gained valuable experience in emergency and intensive care units before advancing my career as a nurse practitioner. "After graduating from Texas Tech University's Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program, I spent three years in the Neuro Intensive Care unit at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, where I developed a deep interest in orthopedic and neurosurgery. I find great fulfillment in orthopedic surgery, helping patients regain independence and functionality without pain.
"I am interested in intensive care and first assist opportunities in orthopedics, neurosurgery and trauma. My experience includes intensive care and emergent procedures such as intubation, central venous catheter and chest tube placements."
When not seeing patients, Justin enjoys traveling, golfing and riding his motorcycle.
