We are so glad Milton, my husband, discovered Dr. Eric Flavill online. He is doing better than he has in years. Dr. Flavill is very kind and knowledgeable. He has been able to clear an infection that Milton suffered with for several years and seen several other doctors. We highly recommend Dr. Flavill and his staff.

My husband went to Dr. Flavill in July due to some dizziness he was having. After a series of tests, Dr. Flavill ordered an MRI which was done in August. Two weeks after the MRI we still hadn’t heard anything. We called Dr. Flavill’s office 3 times to get the results and never received a response. Since my husband hadn’t experienced any more dizziness, we assumed everything was fine-which was true thank goodness. We finally received a letter on November 17 (3 months after the test) confirming the good results. Dr. Flavill seemed like a good, credible doctor, but this less than timely response is not acceptable-especially when it’s related to what could have been a serious condition. A doctor is only as good as his ability to provide a full circle of care for every patient.

After a lot of research, I found Dr. Flavill. I couldn't be happier with my choice. He is unparalleled as a doctor and surgeon. From our very first appointment, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything and I never feel rushed which is something I can't say for most doctors these days. Also, his staff is first-rate. I first started seeing him at his practice in McKinney and chose to drive to Tyler (almost 2 hours) for follow ups just because of the confidence I have in him. He was certainly the right physician for me and I can't say enough about him. Wish I would have found him sooner!
