As you prepare for the birth of your baby, it’s common to feel anxious and have questions about what to expect. Our childbirth education classes are designed to provide knowledge and equip you with skills that will help you during the process of labor, breastfeeding and caring for your baby.

Childbirth Preparation Class

Classes are held one Saturday per month from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
