"Health and fitness has always been a part of my life. I played sports as a kid and continued through high school. I started exercising in a fitness center and began running once I got to college. When I realized the benefits of exercise and how good it made me feel, I wanted to share that with others. When I discovered that I could make a living doing just that, my career in fitness began. I started working in a gym while I was attending the University of Texas at Tyler and have worked at the Olympic Center since I graduated 15 years ago. I especially like to work with post-rehab people and anyone who wants to find the best workout to reach their fitness goals."
